Shipping Terms for Torcex:

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-3 working days after the order is placed.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.
  • Public Transportation Service

Customers can get free shipping if the order value exceeds $69. If the order value is less than $69, customers must pay the shipping fee.

  • Express Shipping Service

If the order value is more than $69 and customers pay a shipping fee, express shipping will be provided. If the order value is less than $69 and customers pay a shipping fee, express shipping will also be provided.

  • Delivery Area and Time

1.Worldwide shipping is available.

2.Express shipping to the Middle East and USA can be provided within just 3 days, while standard shipping can be provided within 5-15 days. As for other regions, express shipping can be provided within seven days only, and regular shipping within 7-25 days.

3.Customers must ensure that they have the correct address for delivery. If they are not available, the store will not be held responsible.

4.Customers must also pay customs duties and taxes if required by responsible government agencies.

  1. Customers should check the order status periodically, and contact the store if there is any shipping issue. If the order is not delivered on the specified date, customers must contact the store to take the necessary measures.
  2. The store reserves the right to change shipping terms at any time without the need to inform customers in advance.
